Over 25 Years In Business Specializing In 3-Phase Power
ROTOMASTER rotary phase converters began in South Bend, Indiana in 1995. Larry Courtney, the president, built his first rotary phase converter in 1987. He grew up in a machine shop, Courtney Machine Inc, which his father and uncle had for 35 years. His father built his first converter in 1952 to run a bridgeport. Larry took over converters where his father left off. He has the experience with rotary phase converters and machinery, which is our goal to share with you.
We have over 25 years experience with rotary phase converters. We suggest that you read carefully over warranty and return policies from other companies when deciding on which converter to purchase. A warranty is only as good as you taking the full responsibility of packing that unit up and paying a freight line to ship it back to that company and paying for its return. Is a refund issued or a credit good only at that company? Be sure that you ask questions and that you are satisfied with the answers you receive from any phase converter company.
We offer a Promise Guarantee. If our technician recommends a unit size based on the accurate information provided by you, we promise that unit will run your equipment. If not, we will send additional components, upgrade unit by a size or provide a full refund.
We also offer a 1 Year Service Agreement. If a part should fail, we will replace that part free of charge. You do not have to ship the unit back and wait for costly repairs. Simply replace the part. That way you can be up and running as quickly as possible. We want to minimize your downtime. We know your time is valuable. We hope you choose a ROTOMASTER to run your equipment and we are looking forward to doing business with you.
